1. The Service & Eligibility

1.1 The Service

Dickson provides an online platform for men’s health and wellness. We facilitate access to medical consultations and pharmacy fulfillment. Medical consultations are provided by independent registered medical practitioners ("Providers"). Dickson is a technology provider and does not practice medicine.

1.2 Eligibility

To use Dickson, you must be at least 18 years of age and be physically located in Hong Kong at the time of your consultation. To comply with current regulations, you must provide a valid Hong Kong ID (HKID) or passport for identity verification.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Safety

  • Clinical Suitability: Telemedicine has limitations. If a Provider determines that a physical examination or in-person diagnostic test is necessary, they may request a face-to-face consultation.
  • Medication Safety: Treatments can interact with other medications. You warrant that you will provide a full and honest medical history to your Provider.
  • No Guarantee of Results: Treatments may not work for everyone and may cause side effects including headaches, flushing, or vision changes.
  • Professional Advice: Website content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • No Emergency Care: Dickson is not an emergency service. In the event of an acute medical crisis, dial 999.

3. Subscription & Refill Terms

Automatic Refills: If you choose a "Subscription" plan, you authorize Dickson to charge your payment method and dispatch medication at the frequency selected.

Clinical Review: Refills are subject to clinical oversight. If a Provider determines a follow-up is necessary, your subscription may be paused until a new consultation is completed.

Cancellation: You may cancel via Account Settings. To avoid charges for the next cycle, cancel at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled dispatch.

4. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

Contract: A contract is only formed when Dickson dispatches the product. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Discreet Shipping: All orders are delivered via local courier in unbranded packaging.

No Returns: Under Hong Kong law, returned pharmaceutical products cannot be reused. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the medication has left the pharmacy.

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Website or products is limited to the price paid. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of "opportunity" or "disappointment."

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software are the property of Dickson. Use of data mining, robots, or similar extraction tools is prohibited.

5.3 General Legal Terms

  • Severability: Remaining provisions remain in force if any part is found unenforceable.
  • Third Party Rights: No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong S.A.R. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
